Q: How can I become your official distributor?

Send us a brief introduction of your company and business scope. We’ll evaluate your market potential and reply with a distributor cooperation proposal.

Q: Can I visit your factory or send a third-party inspection?

Of course. You're welcome to visit us anytime. We also accept third-party inspections like SGS, BV, or video factory audits.

Q: Do you have any region protection policy?

Yes. Exclusive distribution is negotiable based on your annual purchase volume and market coverage.

Q: What is the average lead time for bulk orders?

Typically, production takes 10–20 working days depending on quantity and model. We can stock machines for regular partners.

Q: Can I get a demo unit or sample machine?

Yes, we can provide a discounted demo machine or a test order with agent price for evaluation. You can also send materials for free print testing.

Q: What kind of support can I get as your distributor?

We offer priority technical support, spare parts supply, software upgrades, training videos, and live tech sessions if needed.

Q: Do you provide marketing materials?

Yes. We offer brochures, videos, product photos, and content you can use for online or offline promotion.

Q: Can I sell under my own brand (OEM/ODM)?

Absolutely. We support OEM services including logo printing, machine color customization, and packaging design for bulk orders.

Q: Do you offer distributor or agent pricing?

Yes, we provide tiered pricing based on order volume and long-term cooperation. Contact us to apply for regional distributor pricing.

Q: Do you support onsite service in my country?

We don’t provide onsite service abroad at the moment, but we can support your local team remotely or help you build your own service network.

Q: Can I order spare parts from you? Are they always in stock?

Yes. We keep regular spare parts (boards, cables, dampers, pumps, etc.) in stock. You can order them anytime, and we support fast shipping.

Q: What is the warranty period? What does it cover?

We offer a 1-year warranty for the machine (excluding  printheads). Free parts and guidance are provided for quality issues during the warranty period.

Q: Do you provide training for our technicians or sales team?

Yes. We offer training videos, live online sessions, and detailed manuals to support your technical and sales teams.

Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a direct manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in the printing equipment industry. All our machines are produced in our own factory, with strict quality control and fast delivery. We offer factory prices and full support for distributors.
